We all know the feeling. You’re driving along, windows down, wind in your hair. You haven’t a care in the world. There’s hours until you have to be at the meeting. Life is good. You’re kicking yourself for not leaving earlier or taking that other route through Fremantle. But it’s too late now. What’s done is done.

There’s no denying that traffic jams are intensely irritating. Especially when you’re running late or have somewhere important to be. But they do happen. So when they do, it’s good to know how to let go and enjoy some time in the car. Make the call. Tell the office you’re going to be late and that there’s nothing you or anyone else can do about it. Then sit back and relax.
